To create monthly content surrounding your Interior Design and Real Estate Development Dealings. You want to present yourself to a luxury clientele and have yourself online as an expert and/or specialist in your field, through engaging photo and video content.

Our services:

Commercial/Corporate Photography: $225/hr comes 30-60 Print Released Images per hour booked. 1 Photography & Assistant on full days. ( Comes with Hi Resolution Digital Camera and Photography lighting Equipment

Commercial/Corporate Film Production: $275/hr 1 Cinematographer & Assistant ( Comes with full production of 2x 4K Digital Cameras, Light Setup, and Audio Recording.

Pre-Production: $300 per day (Planning, script creation, storyboarding, location scouting, etc)

Post-Production Video Editing; $500 per day or $100 per minute edited

Content Creation Retainer Services Proposal:

With the growing ease of social media its easier than before to get your brand in front of your target demographic. There are two steps to this; The Creation & Distribution of said Content. The distribution being either by Facebook, Google, and IG Ads, or using the platforms algorithms to our benefit to grow your presence and enhance your engagement such as the popularity of instagram IGTV & Reels which funnels to the rest of your content and other online platforms.

With the retainer we will every month take your booked production hours and batch create content to push through your platforms.

From our discussion we think starting off this works best for you and your needs:

  • 10 Hours of Production; Photo + Video Together Same Time (This can be one day or broken down into 2 or 3 days of shooting a month)

  • 16 Hours of In House Services; Pre & Post Production

Pricing:

Monthly $3000

Discounted Retainer Rates below:

  • 3 Months: $2400

  • 6 Months: $2000

  • 12 Months: $1600

Payment plans can be created and added to invoice/contract agreements. Fees may occur: Outside service zone travel, early termination, etc.

These two videos are perfect examples of the Large Format video content we want to create for your website or youtube. Which we will then break down into smaller micro content for your other social media platforms such as Instagram or Facebook.

TEST THE WATERS: We would love to build this relationship with you and want to offer you a First month rate of only $1600 which includes a day (8Hrs) of shooting and creation of whatever content we produce during that day. This will also help us create a workflow starting out and streamline our working process.

For this project we think our regular rates thats listed above will be best not unless you believe this may become a quarterly investment you will be interested in creating. From our conversation, what will be needed outside our services is location, which I have some location scouts who can help and have their own rates or there are venue sites we can take a look at such as peerspace.com

We can also discuss distribution of this project. whether it being on youtube and broken down into smaller Micro Content for your other platforms or you may want to consider having youtube and social media funnel sales into Amazon Prime Video Sales.
